ELEMENTARY SEASON IS ALMOST HERE...
Next Elementary Season Starting November 7th
WRESTLING - Get a taste of what the sport is all about. Be a part of the 4th elementary season for Penn schools.
Why? ...Because this season will be a NEW and FUN experience. There will not be much talk about being competitive or winning and losing. Instead, the focus is on building self-esteem, confidence, mental and physical discipline. Wrestling in a youth program promotes confidence and enhances self-esteem. This transfers into academics, social skills, and sportsmanship.
The season will run for 2 weeks with 3 practices each week. Each athlete will be placed on a team the first day of practice. Teams will have be assigned College names. The season will conclude with a Friendship Dual on TBD. We will try our best to place athletes by weight and experience., but this is not guaranteed.
Gear? Wrestling shoes are NOT necessary and T-shirt will be provided before the Friendship Dual on TBD
