6th - 8th grade club is a wrestling program designed to prepare wrestlers for high school. It is designed to teach the foundation of wrestling as well as build upon the fundamentals to wrestle competivitely. Wrestlers will learn to win and lose both on and off the mat.
Wisconsin Dells Trip Info
Wisconsin Dells Wild Tournament April 18th through 20th
What: 12 & Under and 15 & Under Team Duals
Who: 12 & Under is 6th Grade on down
15 & Under is 8th & 7th Grade
Where: Wilderness Resort 511 East Adams St, Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin 53965
Tournament Format: Teams weigh in on Thursday Night and Wrestle on Friday kids will get 6 matches. There is another individual tournament on the 20th April if you want to participate and your weigh in on Thursday counts for the individual tournament on 20 April.
Penn Wrestling has block rooms at Glacier Canyon Resort 608-254-1020. Rate is $125 for Thursday night and $175 for Friday and Saturday Night. Rooms come with water park passes for up to 6 people. The rooms are blocked under NUWAY but ask to be roomed by the Penn Wrestling group. Block ends April 1.
Fees: $50 tournament entry per wrestler
If parents cannot attend then kids can travel with the coaches and the total cost of the trip will be $200.00
There will be an optional gear package for the trip that will cost $80
